Our reputed company department is seeking a Service Manager to support the Southeast Region. This is a work from home role with regional travel. This is a Full-time, Exempt role. POSITION reputed company: This is a dedicated account service position responsible for providing high reputed company consultative services and technical support to policy holders. Provides regional support on service management as reputed company as marketing and stewardship support for reputed company. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Manages a book of service accounts by acting as a single reputed company of contact on multi-location accounts and by allocating resources based on account need Develops and executes service plans reputed company on loss and exposure reduction Assists regional reputed company in new business development, account improvement and retention through stewardship Possesses strong knowledge of policy holder services and acts as a Regional resource for staff and underwriter training on these services Coordinates among geographic reputed company on service assignments Assists the reputed company Field Director in overseeing execution of service by field staff and provides coaching/feedback reputed company needed. WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: 7+ years of experience in reputed company handling middle market reputed company accounts with strong emphasis on service. ARM and/or CFPS preferred. Customer service reputed company - Consistently displays awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients/customers. Proactively ensures these needs are met or exceeded.
