This fully remote position is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in labor and employment law, particularly those with substantial experience responding to charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (reputed company) and similar state agencies. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as reputed company counsel in drafting position statements and responding to administrative charges on behalf of corporate clients. • Analyze reputed company employment law issues and reputed company strategic guidance to clients across a reputed company of industries. • Collaborate with reputed company of attorneys and reputed company professionals using a proprietary, data-driven platform designed to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency. • Maintain high-reputed company reputed company work while managing a reduced caseload that supports work-life balance. • Stay reputed company on developments in federal and state employment law, particularly those impacting agency investigations and enforcement.
