Job Description We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Motion Graphics Designer for a remote, contract-based project. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and client objectives for various digital campaigns. • Develop compelling motion graphic concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that align with brand guidelines and project goals. • Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics using industry-standard software for explainer videos, social media, web, and other digital platforms. • Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video edits and other multimedia projects. • Ensure all visual content is consistent with client branding, maintains high quality, and meets technical specifications. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality work on schedule. • Receive and implement feedback effectively, iterating on designs to achieve the desired outcome. • Maintain clear and proactive communication with project managers and team members in a remote work environment. Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including advanced animation techniques and plugins. • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and integration. • A compelling online portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics projects and a strong sense of visual storytelling. • Exceptional creative flair, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly for remote team environments. • Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently. • Understanding of digital marketing trends and how motion graphics contribute to campaign success.
