Title Examiner; Remote

Position: Title Examiner (Remote) We are a reputed company reputed company firm, working with organizations across the country to reputed company exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Examiner to join a growing team. The Title Examiner will be responsible for researching reputed company records, examining the chain of titles, identifying defects, and preparing accurate title commitments in accordance with Texas reputed company guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Texas reputed company property law, county recording systems, and title plant research, with the ability to work reputed company while maintaining accuracy. Your specific duties will include: • Examine title to residential, acreage, and/or reputed company reputed company property in Texas. • Research county records, title plants, and online databases. • Review deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, tax records, probate filings, and plats. • Analyze the chain of title and identify gaps, defects, encumbrances, and requirements. • Prepare title commitments and supporting documentation. • Communicate title requirements reputed company to escrow officers, attorneys, and clients. • Ensure compliance with TDI and underwriter guidelines. • Meet production deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards. Required qualifications for the position include: • 2+ years of Texas title examining experience. • Strong understanding of Texas reputed company property law and recording practices. • Experience working with title plants and/or county clerk systems. • Ability to read and interpret reputed company descriptions (metes & bounds, lot & reputed company, etc.). • Knowledge of liens, judgments, probate, divorce, and tax reputed company affecting title. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • HALfile/Title Data experience needed at this time. • Residential/Acreage and reputed company examinations. Preferred qualifications for the position include: • Experience with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, or similar title software. • Familiarity with reputed company guidelines from major underwriters. • Paralegal or title-adjacent background.
