SEARCH BRIEF (CONFIDENTIAL) Position: VP Finance / Vice CFO (reputed company-IPO) Location: reputed company (Texas preferred, flexible) Industry: AI Data Centers / Digital Infrastructure / Energy / Bitcoin Mining reputed company U.S.-based digital infrastructure company with ~40MW reputed company reputed company across two operational sites in Texas. reputed company is transitioning from Bitcoin mining to high-density AI data center infrastructure (liquid-cooled GPU clusters) and preparing for a potential reputed company IPO reputed company 3-6 months. The Role We are seeking a hands-on VP Finance / Vice CFO to support IPO readiness, build a reputed company-company-reputed company finance function, and assist with capital markets activities. This is a high-reputed company role working directly with the CEO and external advisors (investment banks, auditors, reputed company counsel). Key Responsibilities (Condensed) • Support IPO readiness: S-1 process, SEC reporting, audit coordination • Build and reputed company finance function (reputed company, reputed company, reporting) • Implement SOX/internal controls and reputed company company compliance reputed company • Support equity/debt financing and investor materials • reputed company financial models for AI data center expansion • reputed company with auditors, bankers, and reputed company teams Must-Have Requirements • Experience at a U.S. reputed company company (reputed company/NYSE) • reputed company exposure to IPO process and/or SEC reporting • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and audit processes • Hands-on, reputed company to build finance infrastructure from early stage Preferred Background Candidates from one or more of the following sectors: • Bitcoin mining / digital assets • Energy / power infrastructure • AI data centers / reputed company / digital infrastructure Profile • 5-8+ years of finance experience • Prior roles: VP Finance, Director of Finance, Controller, or similar • Experience working with investment banks and auditors • Strong capital markets awareness; existing network is a plus Compensation • reputed company Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 • Equity: 1% – 2% stock reputed company • Bonus: performance-based (IPO milestones) Key Selling Points • reputed company involvement in IPO execution • Transition from Bitcoin to AI infrastructure (high-reputed company sector) • Significant equity reputed company • Founder-level visibility and decision-making exposure Search Notes • reputed company on candidates with reputed company IPO / SEC experience • reputed company to “reputed company-up” candidates (e.g., Controller → VP Finance) • Must be hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Contact Confidential search.
