Job Summary: We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team, responsible for creating realistic, marketing, and format plan improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including branding, typography, and packaging design. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Group Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in the conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts Design visually appealing areas with strong sensibilities that cater to a diverse range of projects Demonstrate flexible design capabilities in branding, typography, and packaging Pitch innovative concepts to Group Leaders and Creative Directors Complete all design tasks according to client requirements and Hobby Lobby standards, meeting technical requirements and deadlines Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry developments Requirements: Solid understanding of design and print production Ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to perform and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or accuracy Strong typography and design skills Strong branding abilities Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior Excellent attention to detail Strong time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to accept and apply evaluation and feedback Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient Mac and Jobnity Office skills Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in visual design or a related field required. Professional design experience preferred.
