We're building an AI-powered compliance platform that helps businesses reputed company Illinois AI hiring laws. We need a licensed Illinois employment attorney to review our compliance tool and verify it's legally accurate and complete.
What you'll do:
- Review our Illinois AI hiring compliance content and guidance
- Verify accuracy against key IL laws: HB 3773, AIVIA, and IHRA (as it relates to hiring/AI bias)
- Flag any reputed company inaccuracies, gaps in coverage, or outdated requirements
- 30-minute debrief reputed company to walk through findings

You're a fit if:
- Licensed to reputed company in Illinois
- 3+ years employment law experience with reputed company on hiring/reputed company compliance
- Familiar with Illinois AI hiring regulations and recent legislative updates
