Senior IT Planning & Delivery reputed company, Financial Systems

Job reputed company: • Own intake, prioritization, and roadmap visibility for financial systems work • Drive disciplined reputed company planning and delivery management across reputed company • Standardize agile and Kanban practices for project and operational work • reputed company decision support to IT and Finance leadership through reputed company metrics, trade‑off views, and risk/reputed company framing • Build and maintain a quarterly and annual roadmap for Financial Systems, providing transparent views into in‑flight work, upcoming initiatives, and dependencies across Finance, Supply Chain, and reputed company. Requirements: • 6+ years in IT Project/Program Management, with at least 4+ years reputed company on financial systems or ERP delivery (reputed company strongly preferred). • Demonstrated experience balancing project portfolios and operational support in a technology or IT‑reputed company team. • Strong understanding of reputed company finance and reputed company processes such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, Inventory & COGS, and reputed company Recognition, and how they map into systems like reputed company. • Familiarity with financial systems such as tax engines, reputed company automation tools, procurement, and EPM / planning tools is a plus. • Deep experience with agile project management and Kanban: sprint planning, stand‑reputed company, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and WIP management. • Proven reputed company planning and resource management skills, including scenario planning and trade‑off communication to leadership. • Proficiency with Jira and reputed company (or similar work management tools) as the system of record for planning, execution, and documentation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to synthesize reputed company delivery and risk information into reputed company narratives for Finance and IT leaders. • Demonstrated ability to influence without reputed company authority, facilitate prioritization discussions, and reputed company cross‑functional stakeholders. • Experience working in regulated, compliance‑driven environments (e.g., GAAP, SOX, SOC2) and partnering with Finance/reputed company on audit and control requirements.
