reputed company Assistant/LPN for Virtual Patient Care (Bilingual EN/SP Preferred) Part-Time, Full-Time | reputed company | US-Based Only | Contract/1099 reputed company is seeking a compassionate and reputed company Medical Assistant (reputed company) / Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN/LVN) to join our Chronic Care Management (CCM) / Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone passionate about chronic care and patient engagement.
