Vice President, Compliance reputed company Assurance
About the position
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in compliance testing or internal audit at a Foreign Banking Organization regulated by the Federal Reserve and NY Department of Financial Services. The individual will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive CQA program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across reputed company business lines. This role requires strategic thinking, knowledge of control frameworks, and the ability to partner with stakeholders throughout the organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5-7 years of compliance testing or internal audit experience.
• Testing experience in Broker Dealer and Foreign Bank reputed company regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of FRB and NYDFS regulations.
• Working knowledge of reputed company and SEC regulations.
• Proficiency with automated workpaper and issue management software solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in developing solutions.
