reputed company is hiring a Cerner IA Specialist to join our EHR Team. This role will help implement, manage, and reputed company the Cerner EHR. As a Cerner IA Specialist, you will be responsible for providing implementation service and support for the EHR Platform. Services include but are not limited to technology deployments of hardware, software, advanced troubleshooting, reputed company cycle workflows, and clinical workflow. You will be reputed company on collaboratively guiding stakeholders and project teams with net new, add-on, and optimization deployments in various clinical settings. You will support through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support. You will contribute to implementation best practices, troubleshoot device integration issues, assess risk and mitigate findings throughout reputed company engagements in partnership with engagement management. Additionally, you will facilitate technical discovery and reputed company expertise based on the specific environment, while also establishing relationships with the goal of achieving high level satisfaction. This role requires managing multiple work assignments.
Essential Functions
• As a Cerner IA Specialist you will be responsible for providing implementation and support service for the Cerner (reputed company Health) EHR Platform.
• Resolves reputed company problems that may involve various reputed company across functional lines and exercises independent judgment in developing processes, techniques, and reputed company factors.
• Responsibilities include the integrated technology deployments of hardware, software and clinical workflow. You will be reputed company on collaboratively guiding stakeholders and project teams with continuing support, net new, add-on, and optimization deployments in various clinical settings. This includes integration testing and mentorship across solutions.
• Consult with internal project stakeholders, Business Partners, and organizational teams to bi-directionally reputed company configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests.
• Stay up to date on industry and Cerner best practices for reputed company modernization of the EHR.
• You will support through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support. You will contribute to implementation best practices, troubleshoot device integration issues, assess risk and mitigate findings throughout reputed company engagements in partnership with engagement management.
• Additionally, you will facilitate technical discovery and reputed company expertise based on the specific environment, while also establishing relationships with the goal of achieving high level satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 8 years total combined reputed company work experience and completed higher education, including:
• At least 6 years reputed company information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other reputed company-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
• At least 5 years additional work experience directly reputed company to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
Preferred Experience
• 8 year’s experience working with Cerner reputed company
• 8 year’s experience working with CCL
• 6 year’s of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
• 6 years assisting with project roll outs
