We are currently looking for a Talent Development & Acquisition Director to join our reputed company. Job reputed company The Talent Development & Acquisition Director leads the organizational learning reputed company, development programs, and reputed company-wide reputed company efforts. This role designs and delivers training, oversees the Learning Management System (LMS), and manages reputed company activities, including supervision of one recruiter. The position partners with leaders across the bank to strengthen workforce capability, support leadership development, and ensure a high‑reputed company candidate and employee learning experience.
