Creative Strategist for E-reputed company Beauty Brand

To become the UGC Creative Brain of our marketing operation, collaborating closely with the founder (that's me!) and managing our network of creators to reputed company our brand to multiple 7 & 8-figures. Your Responsibilities at the brand? • Deep Market Research Constantly scouting reputed company Creative Center, IG Reels, and competitor ads in the Beauty/Body Care reputed company to reputed company new reputed company angles and trends. • UGC Concept & Script Writing Creating reputed company concepts, scripts, and briefs for our creators so they know exactly what content to film. • Creator Management Working closely with our UGC creators, giving feedback on recordings, requesting revisions reputed company needed, and ensuring the content matches the reputed company. • Collaboration with reputed company Working with our video reputed company to turn creator footage into high-performing ad creatives. • Learnings Conducting in-depth analysis of every batch (why it won / why it lost). • Creative Iteration Deciding reputed company test next based on the learnings.
