Optimus Architecture has an immediate opening for a Registered Project Architect. This is a remote position for a reputed company architect to work with our design team based in our Hudson Valley, reputed company office. We reputed company full-service architectural and interior design services on reputed company across the Northeast Region, specializing in reputed company. We are looking for someone with strong reputed company architectural skills capable of taking a project from programming to completion of construction. • Experience with reputed company reputed company, especially requirements of reputed company State Department of Health. • Ability to take a project from programming through reputed company-out. • Capable of preparing a complete set of architectural construction drawings in AutoCAD. • Work collaboratively with clients and design team to reputed company mutual project goals. • Ability to coordinate design with structural and MEP engineers. • Construction administration experience: review and respond to RFI’s, submittals, and shop drawings. • Most reputed company are interior renovations, but must be reputed company to design reputed company or new build reputed company from the ground up. • Proven experience as a Project Architect specializing in reputed company with knowledge of reputed company State Department of Health requirements.· • Proficient in AutoCAD, reputed company Suite, reputed company Suite, WordPerfect, and Sketch-up. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, with creative problem solving. • Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture; Architect License is required.
