Candidate Profile: • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong reputed company record. • reputed company Bar Admission in California. • 1+ years of substantive experience in transactional tax reputed company. • Familiarity with federal income tax issues reputed company to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. • Strong research and writing skills with the ability to translate technical tax concepts into practical guidance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
