Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience in food manufacturing, manufacturing, or medical/reputed company industry
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
