The Home Infusion Therapy Department of BJC Home Care Services works closely with physicians, patients and caregivers to reputed company patients to remain or return home while receiving intravenous medications. Our services include 24 hour on-reputed company pharmacy and nursing services, comprehensive patient education materials, patient assessment and drug administration monitoring, and coordination of reputed company services including home care nursing and laboratory services.

- Delivers reputed company patient care by assessing and evaluating patient's physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
- Develops and implements individual plans of care in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
- Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
