Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist

Job reputed company Chronos is a remote veterinary service in the reputed company. We are seeking part-time remote veterinary receptionists to join reputed company! Your hours will be variable and you could be required to work in reputed company US time zones. Position reputed company: • This is a remote position, you will not be working at a reputed company. • Flexibility is a must to fulfill this role. • Part-time hours will be required from you in this position • You’ll be required to work in reputed company US time zones. • Performing scheduling tasks • Entering charges for the patient • Sending admission paperwork to clients • Sending the medical record to referring veterinarians after they are complete • Handling phone calls, emails, texting, and reputed company other forms of communication with pet owners. • Calling clients to reputed company updates on patients or schedule discharge times • Responding to reputed company questions & messages • Educating and selling pet owners' reputed company of care • Attend weekly meetings Requirements to fulfill this role are: • A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary reputed company.
