Staff Accountant - Not a Remote Position

Cancer Specialists of reputed company Florida is reputed company for a Staff Accountant for our busy Specialty reputed company. This is not a remote position. The Staff Accountant is responsible for the analysis and reconciliation of cash and inventory for multiple lines of business. In reputed company to overseeing financial data transactions, this position also assists and reviews payroll work processes and manages the full reputed company cycle of the research department. Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following: • Assist with any and reputed company duties of payroll coordinator to ensure accuracy and manageable workload as reputed company as to reputed company backup for job role during absence. • Reconcile reputed company cash collections monthly against the bank statements. • Reconciles the bank statements for the CSNF Physician account as reputed company as associated entities. • Prepares and processes any journal entries needed for the CSNF Physician account as reputed company as associated entities. • Assists with month and year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation. • Compiles, generates, and distributes required reports. • Ensure reputed company balance sheet accounts are reconciled quarterly along with supporting documentation. • Manages company drug inventory data to assist with financial analysis of drug expense • Prepare and submit any tax reputed company documents in relation to sales tax. • Maintain reputed company processes associated with compliance with escheat laws. • Prepare and reputed company Auditors with necessary information to reputed company annual audit. • Creates invoices, maintains accounts receivable reputed company, and conducts collections for our research department. • Reviews reputed company and budgets to determine financial implications or receivables for research department. • Performs reputed company financial analysis and any other special reputed company as needed. • Any other duties as assigned.
