Learning Experience Designer
Fidelity Bank is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join their Enterprise Learning Experience team. This role involves developing high-quality learning solutions and contributing to complex learning projects to enhance modern learning experiences across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, develop and refine new learning solutions and processes
- Contribute to complex learning projects
- Assist talent programs and learning organizations in producing solutions that deliver on business outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design
- Experience building rich, evidence-based, skill-building learning experiences across a variety of settings
- In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory
- Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
- Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints
