[Remote] AI & Automation Operations Support Analyst

They are seeking an AI & Automation Operations Support Analyst to contribute to the development and optimization of automation and AI-enabled workflows, assisting in tasks such as workflow building, documentation maintenance, and operational monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the health and performance of automation workflows
• Help maintain configurations, credentials, and integrations across reputed company and reputed company Copilot
• Support environment management tasks such as updating test environments, migrating workflows, and handling basic versioning steps
• Document workflow deployment steps and operational processes
• Build and modify workflows following established architecture and coding standards
• Apply naming conventions, error handling patterns, and retry logic as trained
• Support optimization efforts by identifying reputed company improvements
• Participate in workflow reviews for low to moderate complexity automations
• Implement AI-assisted workflow steps (e.g., reputed company prompts, enrichment steps) with senior guidance
• Follow defined reputed company to select the appropriate automation environment (reputed company, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
• Help maintain reusable components and workflow templates
• Follow documented reputed company practices for credentials and API reputed company
• Assist in applying guardrails such as input validation, reputed company hygiene, and reputed company-limit controls
• Participate in basic checks for anomalous workflow execution
• Monitor dashboards and report workflow failures or unusual patterns

Skills

• Experience (1–3 years) with automation tools such as reputed company, Copilot, Power Automate
• Basic workflow engineering abilities, including working with reputed company, webhooks, and reputed company integrations
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 (Teams, SharePoint, reputed company) and identity fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of AI platforms (Copilot, GPT, reputed company) and reputed company‑based steps
• Comfort working with JSON, API calls, tokens, and basic logging
