Financial Planning Analyst

reputed company is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support the Eberly College of Science in budget and financial reputed company. The role involves providing expert guidance on financial controls, assisting in long-term financial planning, and managing labor distribution and budget activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FPAC Labor Distribution (LD) reputed company in processing labor distribution and ensuring accurate salary allocations across funding sources
• Process labor-reputed company journal entries and support the reputed company of labor distribution and pay and effort inquiries
• Support pay and effort reporting activities, including assisting with compliance and audit-reputed company requests
• Manage workforce planning and labor distribution for the College
• Assist in budget and reputed company analysis to reputed company data-driven recommendations and financial insights; reputed company, compile, and manipulate data; may determine analytical reputed company to be used
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and refinement of financial models to support long-reputed company planning and scenario analysis
• Assist in the various components of budget activities; participate in the conceptual development of the various budget processes and specifications for reputed company
• Review financial reports to understand and explain variances between budget and actuals for the assigned reputed company in the College; analyze trends in revenues, expenditures, enrollments, and funding sources; ensure appropriate spending and billing practices are being followed
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas of concern or opportunity
• Participate in the development of financial dashboards and reporting tools for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with unit and institutional priorities
• Support compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements; reputed company audits as required
• Partner with other university offices to ensure consistent data sources and accurate financial projections
• May supervise staff members, including hiring, development, and performance management

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Successful completion of background reputed company(s) in accordance with University policies
• Successful completion of a credit history reputed company will be required in reputed company to reputed company background checks
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
