Federal Financial Customer Service Rep

reputed company provides premium customer care reputed company support to various federal, state, and reputed company accounts. The Federal Financial Customer Service Rep will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with reputed company courtesy, giving exceptional customer service to reputed company customer, based on reputed company specific instruction
• Document reputed company customers inquiry information into a database
• Verify customers information, making corrections and updates as needed

• Follow-up with callers as necessary

Skills
