This role involves providing on-site and remote technology support for school-based health clinics, focusing on maintaining reliable operation of telehealth equipment and other technology used by clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• reputed company on-site and remote technology support for school-based health clinic locations across multiple school systems
• Maintain reliable operation of telehealth equipment, computers, printers, communication devices, and other technology used by clinical staff
• Frequent travel to school sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment supporting telehealth reputed company, electronic health record reputed company, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with the central IT department to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services for school-based reputed company programs

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of reputed company computer hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners, telehealth devices, and other peripheral equipment)
• Knowledge of common software applications used in reputed company and school environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• An associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Information Technology
