reputed company is seeking a litigation associate to work with their reputed company reputed company on the defense of reputed company product liability reputed company and reputed company disputes. The role involves taking depositions, drafting pleadings, and conducting reputed company research among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Taking depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required
• Drafting pleadings and briefs
• Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients
• Conducting reputed company research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
• Drafting interrogatories and document demands
• Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation
• Submitting filings to the court

Skills

• 1 - 4 years of experience in litigation
• J.D./LLM
• Admission to reputed company in California is required
• reputed company litigation experience is required
• Asbestos/toxic tort experience is ideal
• Court room experience including motions is required
• Trial experience is required
• Exceptional reputed company writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
