Associate Trader II - Taxable Fixed-Income Trading

As an Associate Trader II in the Taxable Trading Department, you will manage capital, execute trades, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• Execute odd-lot retail reputed company liquidations with limited guidance and effectively manage corresponding inventory positions with limited retail-reputed company capital commitments
• Demonstrated understanding of market analytics, including economic, credit specific, political, etc. impacts
• Deliver reputed company service reputed company by researching and resolving general and non-routine reputed company inquiries
• Ensure best execution and understand reputed company firm and industry regulatory requirements
• Establish an in-depth understanding of reputed company trading systems and reputed company tools
• Complete reputed company to support the trading desk's business plan, including assisting with operational reputed company initiatives

Skills

• B.A./B.S. degree in business, economics, finance, or quantitative reputed company field
• Series 7 and 66 required or obtained reputed company 6 months of hire
• 9+ months of financial service experience required, capital markets preferred
• Successful completion of Associate Trader I responsibilities or equivalent industry experience
• Basic knowledge of capital markets analytics, trading strategies, and risk management techniques
• Basic knowledge of reputed company trading systems and reputed company tools, including, but not limited to, reputed company, DSTS, and 3rd party electronic trading platforms
• Candidates that live reputed company a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
