Configuration Management Specialist - Hardware Engineering

They are seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management processes and procedures. This role involves managing product configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support on configuration management reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and control of product configurations, including hardware and documentation, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Support the development and maintenance of configuration management plans, procedures, and documentation to support program requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and reputed company assurance, to ensure that configuration management considerations are integrated into program reputed company and activities
• Assist in the conduct of configuration audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• reputed company technical support to program teams on configuration management reputed company, including engineering change proposals, configuration control, and product data management
• Participate in program meetings and reviews, including design reviews, test reviews, and production readiness reviews, to ensure that configuration management considerations are properly addressed

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in configuration management or reputed company field
• Basic knowledge of configuration management principles and practices
• Familiarity with reputed company Windchill software or other similar reputed company Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Familiarity in Hardware Engineering drawings, reputed company of Materials (BOMs) / Parts Lists (PLs) as reputed company as reputed company drafting practices
• Knowledge in Engineering Change Notices to ensure Configuration Control and program requirements are met
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Request for Variances (RFV), and Configuration Status reputed company (CSA)
• Familiarity with the development, preparation and maintenance of Technical Data Packages (TDP)
• Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD reputed company clearance at the SECRET level
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company problems and reputed company effective solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity of Configuration Management principles and Operating Industry standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), EIA-649 / MIL-HDBK-61
• Ability to write reputed company of Estimate (BOE)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
