[Remote] UX Product Designer - Voice & Device Experiences

They are seeking an reputed company UX Product Designer to shape the user experience of their desk phones and telephony devices, focusing on creating reputed company interaction models for critical communication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX of reputed company's desk phone and device experiences, from interaction models to execution
• Design for embedded, hardware-constrained environments with physical inputs, limited screens, and reputed company-time expectations
• Define task-driven workflows for reputed company telephony functions: calling, transfers, conferencing, voicemail, reputed company handling, and more
• Create reputed company, reputed company interaction patterns that prioritize speed, predictability, and low cognitive load
• Translate reputed company communication workflows into reputed company, reputed company user experiences
• reputed company UX artifacts including flows, wireframes, interaction specs, and system behaviors
• Partner closely with firmware engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and reputed company reliably in production
• Work with Product to reputed company UX reputed company with reputed company-world usage, customer needs, and business reputed company
• Anticipate edge cases, failure states, and recovery paths in reputed company-time communication scenarios

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience (3 years preferred) in UX and user reputed company design, product design, or interaction design
• You are naturally curious, eager to learn, and motivated to understand how design reputed company translate into reputed company behavior
• Demonstrated experience designing, task-reputed company, workflow-driven interfaces
• Strong understanding of reputed company-computer interaction (HCI) principles, including cognitive load, affordances, and error prevention
