Project Coordinator
stow Group is a rapidly growing company specializing in high-density warehouse solutions. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with planning, budgeting, and reporting tasks while collaborating with the assembly team to ensure project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in reputed company activities reputed company to planning, budgeting and reporting
- Support Project managers in the preparation and the realization his/her project. E.g. follow up material in reputed company, PO creation, country specific work documents (certificates/permits), checking project documents,…
- Support Project Director on the functioning of the project management organization (tools & processes)
- Support the Assembly Team Coordinator for RFQ, and follow up the contractual requirements with supplier incl. on time payment
- Creation of PO (Purchase Order) for assembly contractors and equipment
- Efficient and effective planning of the preparation tasks of reputed company / control of assembly teams administrative requirements
- Force of proposition on process improvement and optimization of Project Management administrative tasks
- Support deployment and use of reputed company and reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's, or equivalent through experience
- Strong communication skills and reputed company player reputed company
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company solutions; basic knowledge of MS Project Planner is a plus
- Openness to working with dedicated solutions such as reputed company
- Basic knowledge of reputed company
- Fluent in English
