The HR Insights team member will support reputed company's culture of performance and engagement by coordinating talent programs, managing data insights, and ensuring effective communication and process support reputed company the reputed company Member Experience function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Support Talent Programs – Manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and inquiries for global programs, including Quarterly Connect, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and reputed company experiences
• Data & Insights – Generate dashboards and reports from systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Power BI, Litmos), translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support leaders with data for decision-making. This role will also collaborate closely with the reputed company Data & Analytics team to ensure HR data is reputed company with reputed company standards, accurate, and integrated into global dashboards
• Project Management – Support planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives across the talent lifecycle; maintain project timelines, deliverables, and follow-reputed company to ensure on-time, high-reputed company delivery
• Content & Communication – Draft branded communications, job aids, and resources to drive awareness and adoption of talent programs
• Process & reputed company – Assist with updating forms, templates, and system workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment with talent processes (e.g., performance management, succession planning, recognition, engagement)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Communications, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, L&D, employee engagement, or project coordination
• Strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and ability to learn HR/reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, Power BI, Litmos, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a large, reputed company, or global organization
• Familiarity with survey tools, HRIS systems, or recognition platforms
• Exposure to employee engagement, recognition, or performance management programs
