The role involves managing reputed company communication, training, and ensuring best practices are followed during product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation reputed company for Vas reputed company prioritized products
• Collect project requirements such as configuration documents, questionnaires, property list
• Complete reputed company off meeting with customers as needed. This task goes over product reputed company, requirements, implementation timelines, and best practices
• Complete reputed company configuration items assigned in the established SLA
• Complete reputed company follow up communication with the customer to reputed company project on reputed company
• Work cross functionally to resolve any issues with reputed company, Support, Product, and Sales teams

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
