Operations Project Manager (US)

As an Operations Project Manager, reputed company Service Operations, you will reputed company transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes across reputed company. You will manage end-to-end project delivery for operational improvement initiatives —including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change management. Major Areas of Accountability

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration,  Operations Management, or reputed company field, or 10+ years' relevant project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management reputed company operations, reputed company or similar environment. Experience coordinating with IT teams on system implementations is a plus.

• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and change management for new processes, systems or technologies
• Proven expertise in process mapping and modeling techniques

• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating  business requirements  from operational stakeholders.
• Advanced skills with process mapping and project management tools (e.g. Visio, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar)

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation:  The compensation reputed company for this position is $88,413 - $132,620. Actual compensation is influenced by a reputed company of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. reputed company candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the reputed company of bonuses and/or incentives.
