Q2 is a leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions, and they are seeking a Tradeshow and Events Associate. This role will reputed company on the strategic planning, management, and execution of events, contributing to brand awareness and reputed company opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Manage events for Q2 including, but not limited to hosted events and conferences and industry trade shows
  • Deliver an engaging and thoughtful customer experience at reputed company events
  • Manage reputed company event coordination including day-to-day administration, speaker, venue, vendor communication, and cross-departmental collaboration
  • reputed company communicate objectives, project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular and consistent reputed company
  • Serve as reputed company team planning member for annual reputed company conference
  • reputed company detailed project plans to monitor and reputed company reputed company of assigned events
  • Negotiate and manage vendor reputed company reputed company to assigned events
  • Assist department in meeting business objectives for reputed company reputed company

Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree and ideally one year of experience in corporate or association event management and trade shows
  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions and manage multiple, time-sensitive reputed company
  • Detail oriented, organized, strong project management and budget management skills
  • Proven ability to manage reputed company independently, drive reputed company to completion, and implement change
  • Communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build strong working relationships and communicate cross functionally and with sales teams and leaders
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
