This hybrid role involves providing customer support, managing parts inventory, and overseeing service orders to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, reservations, and reputed company requests
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Recommend reputed company, appropriate rental equipment
• Negotiate rental rates to maximize profitability
• Maintain accurate rental transactions and inventory counts
• Walk the yard daily to stay familiar with equipment status
