[Remote] TAC Seasonal Specialist Bilingual French‑Canadian Speakers

This remote position requires fluent French‑Canadian speakers to assist with customer calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent communication across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and escalations
• Follow established procedures, SLAs, and escalation paths

• Maintain confidentiality and data reputed company standards

Skills

• Fluent in French (Canadian dialect strongly preferred)
• Prior experience working in bilingual or multilingual support environments
• Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or customer support
• Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Jira, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow documented processes and troubleshoot systematically
• Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work remotely
• Availability to work seasonal schedules as business needs require
