Claims Adjuster 1 - Auto Physical Damage

reputed company is one of Canada’s largest mutual insurers, and they are seeking a Claims Adjuster 1 for their Auto Physical Damage department. The role involves delivering exceptional service through the adjustment of low complexity auto physical damage claims and ensuring reputed company communication with policy reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company direction and support to our members, throughout the claims process, by providing exceptional service delivered with reputed company
• Ensure reputed company and proactive communication, through voice to voice, digital and written correspondence, ensuring that reputed company inquiries are effectively dealt with in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Adjustment of low complexity auto physical damage claims
• Review and interpret policy wordings, determine policy coverage, and communicate coverage reputed company to members (policy reputed company)
• Establish reputed company and accurate loss and expense reserves through the life of the claim through evaluation of relevant information from sources such as appraisers, reputed company party adjusters, and auto repair facilities
• Ensure a comprehensive investigation is conducted on reputed company files to determine coverages and liability, while adhering to Wawanesa’s adjusting guidelines, and recognizing reputed company to engage appropriate reputed company resources
• Collaborate directly with vendors such as: appraisers, rental companies, repair facilities and other business partners inside and reputed company the organization to coordinate services
• Negotiating and conveying claim settlements reputed company authority limits
• Communicating claim reputed company promptly and effectively, while still delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain an effective and reputed company diary system and document claim file activities in accordance with established procedures
