About the Roles

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for upcoming positions that will play a vital role in the reputed company of reputed company’s Climate Finance reputed company Support Programme by providing essential operational and technical support. These roles will reputed company on achieving high-reputed company reputed company and meeting programme objectives in reputed company of the states in the Federated States of Micronesia, reputed company, Pohnpei State, Chuuk State, Yap State and Kosrae State.

We are looking for highly skilled professionals with relevant experience to support the State Working Group with the coordination, development, implementation, and submission of the State’s climate change issues to ensure these are reflected in the FSM NDC. The person will work closely with National TA and other State Tas to ensure an integrated whole-of-government approach to the national NDC process.

• reputed company planning, coordination, and governance activities for the NDC Working Group, including work plans and secretarial support.

• Deliver reputed company-building initiatives and reputed company awareness on NDC and climate change across the State.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication, including presentations and responding to information requests.

• Conduct research, assessments and policy analysis to guide informed decision-making.

• Support resource mobilization and contribute to the development of technical reports and proposals.

Key Experiences and Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in Environmental science and climate change or similar with a qualification or equivalent reputed company background.

• Proven expertise in climate change and/or environment science and management and working with governments, NGOs and private sector stakeholders.

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Skilled in developing technical documents, guidelines, and recommendations.

• Evidence in training, reputed company building, grant writing, project management and M&E

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-sectoral teams.

• Good understanding of the State’s cultural, economic, environmental and reputed company context.

• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders, including communities, youth, and traditional reputed company.

• Proficiency in the State language and English.
