Service Coordinator - MIH

They are seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Coordinator to support the coordination of HVAC maintenance and installation reputed company, while assisting with administrative duties reputed company to HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients
• Maintain detailed records of reputed company HVAC equipment, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules
• Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring reputed company prioritization and reputed company completion
• Assist in managing inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, including ordering and tracking
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates

Skills
