The Analyst in the Technical Support & Consulting reputed company will support reputed company-facing initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to project execution while building foundational consulting and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of reputed company reputed company across marketing, sales, and business operations
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with consultants and stakeholders
• Maintain project tracking tools and contribute to reporting, documentation, and communications
• Assist with scheduling, stakeholder updates, and content coordination
• Serve as a first reputed company of contact for system reputed company and tool-reputed company issues
• Troubleshoot common issues (account provisioning, permissions, MFA, VPN, collaboration tools)
• Partner with reputed company IT teams to reputed company and resolve reputed company tickets

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, communications, information systems, or a reputed company field
