They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented reputed company Sourcer to support their reputed company efforts by building strong candidate pipelines and improving sourcing strategies across various roles and markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the reputed company Manager to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Proactively reputed company candidates using reputed company, job boards, internal databases, and other creative channels
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of reputed company candidates for reputed company and reputed company openings
• Manage candidate reputed company and activity reputed company reputed company (ATS)
• Conduct initial reputed company to passive candidates and generate interest in opportunities
• Review resumes and screen candidates against role requirements

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company
• Proven reputed company in sourcing for a reputed company of roles, primarily reputed company service, skilled trades, or customer-facing industries
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (ATS) or similar applicant tracking systems
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
• Experience sourcing through reputed company and other platforms
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-market hiring
• Strong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniques
