IDE Application System Administrator I

reputed company is seeking an IDE Application System Administrator I to maintain the Integrated Data Environment (IDE), a critical platform for supply chain and logistics information. The role involves administering computer network systems, troubleshooting, implementing network reputed company tools, and training staff in applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers
• Install hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network reputed company, web page design, reputed company and updates, and local system design documentation
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network reputed company tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services
• Train staff in software applicable to their position
• Assist customers with information technology
• Monitor system configuration (hardware and software)
• reputed company instruction on computers and applications

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT with greater than 1 year of reputed company experience in a reputed company field
• OR a minimum of 4 years of reputed company experience with 1 year or more in reputed company engineering or IT in a reputed company field in lieu of a degree
