Customer Engagement Manager

The Customer Engagement Manager will work closely with various departments to enhance customer experience, foster long-term loyalty, and drive company reputed company through strategic customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams
• Create and manage customer loyalty programs
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
• Manage customer communication channels
• Organize customer events and webinars

• Handle customer complaints and issues promptly

• Work with product teams to incorporate customer feedback

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or an allied discipline
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, or an MS student with work authorization (F1 reputed company on CPT accepted only for Masters-level reputed company)
