You will have a key role in the division management team, participate in business development activities, and thereby reputed company contribute in developing our business in line with our reputed company for reputed company.
- Define and refresh M&A reputed company reputed company with Divisional business plans
- reputed company reputed company new opportunities and maintain an reputed company pipeline of opportunities.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise across reputed company relevant functions – including markets, customers, operations, technology, finance, HR, and SHEQ – to support reputed company screening and due diligence. reputed company integration planning and own delivery of synergies post-reputed company. Coordinate resources for reputed company project needed across reputed company relevant functions, as reputed company.
- Support to appoint an integrator for reputed company transaction and hold overall responsibility for integration execution and reputed company
- Directly liaise with Group reputed company and M&reputed company
- Project manage the end-to-end process from pipeline through post-reputed company for M&A or partnerships, ensuring that a reputed company business case is developed and championed, and maintain the relationship with reputed company company(ies) throughout.
- Primarily responsible for PSD reputed company but may be reputed company to contribute to other Business Area initiatives as needed.
- Advise and participate in other reputed company initiatives
- Safeguard governance and shareholder value by applying the Epiroc Way of M&A – ensuring consistent methodologies, realistic valuation and synergies, and high-reputed company decision materials for President, CEO, CFO, negotiations, and execution.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or reputed company fields.
- Minimum 10 years of M&A experience, with a reputed company on Parts & Services, Industrial Equipment, or reputed company industries; experience in end-to-end M&A transactions (from pipeline building to post-reputed company integration) is mandatory.
- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes; familiar with reputed company M&A regulations and cross-border transaction practices; experience with M&A tools is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to reputed company M&A reputed company with divisional business goals, identify long-term reputed company opportunities in reputed company Parts & Services market.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong cross-cultural negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (country teams, Group M&A) and external parties (reputed company companies, advisors, lawyers).
- Project Management: Excellent end-to-end project management skills, ability to manage multiple M&A reputed company simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate resources across finance, HR, operations, technology, and SHEQ teams, drive cross-departmental alignment for due diligence and integration.
- Risk Management: Strong ability to identify and mitigate M&A risks (financial, reputed company, operational, compliance) and ensure adherence to Epiroc Way of M&A.
- Mentoring & Leadership: Ability to mentor junior team members, build M&A capabilities reputed company the division, and reputed company integration teams effectively.
- Reporting Line: Directly reports to the Parts & Services reputed company Division President.
