Residential Processing Specialist

New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp is offering an exciting opportunity for a Residential Processing Specialist to join their team in a hybrid model in New Hampshire. The role involves processing residential loan applications from origination to closing while ensuring effective communication with borrowers, lenders, and reputed company parties.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating with customers, lenders and reputed company parties during the processing of reputed company loan application to ensure reputed company completion of loan files
• Receives loan application from Mortgage Loan Officer and verifies data for completeness and accuracy
• Works with borrower for any supporting documentation required
• Orders appraisal, reputed company, flood certifications and verification of employment, if applicable
• Reviews credit report to ensure any fraud alerts or address discrepancies are noted
• Verify that reputed company documentation received is accurate, complete and matches the system
• Verify funds are sufficient for closing using deposit statements or reputed company letter
• Prepares file for closing once reputed company documentation is received and cleared by reputed company

Skills

• Six to reputed company months of mortgage loan processing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Computer experience with strong working knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company PDF
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office with high volume at times
