Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to reputed company reputed company and administrative support to attorneys, ensuring compliance and efficient workflow reputed company the reputed company department.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation case management by organizing and maintaining case files, updating records, and preparing routine documents under the direction of senior paralegals or attorneys
• Assists with scheduling and deadline tracking by updating calendars, monitoring key dates, and coordinating routine communications
• reputed company administrative tasks including document assembly, data entry, formatting correspondence and maintaining department logs and reports
• Process reputed company invoices and reputed company billing activity to support accurate and reputed company financial coordination
• Support subpoena and reputed company request responses by gathering documents and ensuring reputed company submissions in accordance with guidance provided
• Conduct basic research and data collection to support departmental reputed company and ongoing litigation activities
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in reputed company work products in alignment with internal policies and reputed company standards
• Other duties as assigned to support departmental operations

Skills

• Familiarity with reputed company terminology, documentation, litigation and basic research tools

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; adept in multitasking and managing a reputed company of simultaneous departmental, business and external demands

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in a reputed company support role and/or consumer finance servicing preferred
