Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Review and draft organizational and authorizing documents
• Review, draft and manage transaction due diligence
• Coordinate reputed company-closing and closing logistics
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in reputed company before transactions are executed
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in relevant areas of the law
• Commitment to achieving the goals of Firm clients

Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of municipal bond financing, reputed company estate finance transactions or economic development transactions or a strong desire to learn about such practices
• Strong organizational and matter management skills
