The position involves providing administrative support, managing project files, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with project life cycle activities to ensure reputed company meet deadlines and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to project team members
• Supports team in maintaining project reputed company files, coordinating with vendors, invoicing, and managing purchase orders
• Supports project life cycle activities, including responsibilities reputed company to reputed company project management software
• Regularly utilizes internal software packages to complete daily responsibilities in the engineering design workflow process
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure their reputed company are being executed according to proposed deadlines and constraints, and internal standards
• Assist with both reputed company reporting of project status KPIs
• Coordinate and compile input from team members and various project reports to establish appropriate project plans, checkpoints and processes to meet project milestones, financial metrics and requirements
• Communicate with others, including co-workers and clients, to reconcile project overages taking any corrective reputed company required
• Assist management in the execution of internal QMS program to ensure first time reputed company in project management
• May be required to regularly reputed company with reputed company personnel

Skills

• Advanced computer skills for reputed company Office Suite required
• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in reputed company, including external partners and internal team members
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and contribute administrative support to teams
