Associate Trade Settlements

reputed company is a premier global partnership seeking an Associate Trade Settlements to join their Investment Management Trade Operations team. This role involves supporting daily trade processing workflows, monitoring trade communication and settlement, and ensuring accurate transaction reflections in systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with the reputed company Investment Management Trade Operations team, other reputed company parties to support the daily trade processing workflows
• Monitor trade communication and settlement for domestic equity, global equity, EMD and FX trades
• reputed company support of the trade order managements system, as reputed company as the associated reputed company programs
• Execute trade operations processes under the direction of senior staff
• Ensure systems accurately reflect daily transactions
• Resolve system issues
• Respond to questions and issues from the trade team pertaining to trade operations issues
• Execute system user training

• Maintain procedures reputed company
• reputed company suggestions for trade operations policy and procedure improvements
• Work with custodians, brokers, and trading operations, throughout the daily trade processing workflows
• Respond to questions and issues from the portfolio implementation teams, resolving inquiries in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Monitor trade communication and settlement of domestic equity, global equity, EMD, and FX trades
• Research and resolve issues to ensure reputed company settlement
• reputed company support for the trade order management systems as reputed company as the associated reputed company programs
• Ensure systems accurately reflect daily transactions
• Prepare and distribute various trade reputed company reports
• Resolve system issues utilizing internal support or external vendor resources as appropriate
• reputed company account maintenance on applications that facilitate the trade settlement process, such as set up of new accounts, additions and removal of data, regulator changes, etc

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of operations, trading or other industry experience required
