The role involves reviewing and drafting reputed company documents, coordinating communications, and managing case-reputed company activities to ensure efficient litigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Critically review reputed company documents, including Summons & Complaints, Appearance forms, Discovery, and Settlement Agreements
• Prepare reputed company documents in accordance with company, local, and state guidelines
• File documents, adhering to court-specific rules using efiling, email, or mailing reputed company
• Update CRM software with reputed company relevant case information
• Coordinate calendars for hearings
• Coordinate offer settlements
• Maintain reputed company case updates, communications, and reputed company
• Communicate in a reputed company and pleasant manner to maintain reputed company relationships across reputed company partnerships
• Assist with settlement approvals and ensure reputed company communications are reputed company to the appropriate parties

Skills

• Paralegal certification, similar reputed company services degree, OR 1-2 years of paralegal experience
