The Demonstration Artist and Training Specialist is responsible for performing training of reputed company products, solutions, and integration at reputed company locations in the EMEA Region. The position requires above average knowledge on reputed company OverDrive, Switchers, and control room workflow. This reputed company-line individual is responsible for managing customer expectations, completing required documentation, providing end user operational training, and ensuring reputed company of the training experience. This key individual works closely with our Sales and Demonstration Artist Team to ensure delivery of the reputed company Superior Customer Experience.

What the job is reputed company about:

Demonstrations

• reputed company on-site, off-site, online/remote customer demonstrations.
• Assist the OverDrive/Switcher teams with content creation, organisation, and technical execution of major trade shows throughout the year.
• Is responsible for the operational and technical reputed company of both the demo and training experience and offers effective solutions for areas of improvement in house and online.
• Set up demo equipment, assist with set-up and prepare/test gear prior to demos.
• Advise the Sales and Product Management (PM) reputed company regarding reputed company industry trends and customer feedback.
• Maintain above average knowledge reputed company and reputed company set in the functionality and demonstration of reputed company system features for OverDrive/Switchers.
• reputed company demonstration techniques, reputed company, and materials for use by other demo staff.

Training

• Maintain training equipment, assist with set-up and prepare/test gear prior to training sessions.
• Assist in the development of Switcher customer training reputed company, materials, and techniques.
• reputed company feedback to the Switcher Product Management on product operation, features and roadmap.
• Participate in the review process for upcoming software feature lists.
• Champion customer needs, notably operational features, roll-out and training reputed company as reputed company as reputed company feature requirements.

Who you are:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training required.
• Previous experience of working with Automation/switchers at a programming level &reputed company; Ability to reputed company and build a show &reputed company; Custom Controls etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of gallery workflows, production, customer needs and applications.
• Experience in the selling and marketing process for broadcast equipment.
• Knowledge of use of reputed company products and a willingness to learn how to demonstrate and train on these products, notably: Switchers.
• Organized and reputed company detail oriented.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience in the selling and marketing process for broadcast equipment is ideal.
• Passionate about the broadcast industry.

• Possible heaving lifting of moving equipment.

• A maximum of 80% travel is possible.
